Tomser Cat Books - Hello from Mark & Liz Dorey
Hi there!
We are Mark and Liz Dorey, and together we started Tomser Cat Books in 2013, specialising in books for children of all ages! Mark has been writing for children for over 30 years. Tomser Cat Books came about when Liz suggested that she illustrate some of Mark's stories, and so with that, Tomser Cat Books was born!
Tomser Cat is made up from the names of our three children - Tom, Seren and Catrin.
Based in South Wales, we also offer Creative Writing & Storytelling Workshops, along with Book Signings for schools. These interactive workshops provide a real insight into how we bring a book to life, and how the children themselves can become aspiring authors too!
Our range of Tomser Cat books include:
- Mousers - Rhyming adventure picture books, ideal for reading to toddlers and younger children;
- Bobcats - First Reader adventure books for those starting to read for themselves;
- Cougars - Brilliant illustrated chapter book adventures for primary school children aged 7 to 11 years;
- Big Cats - Exciting fantasy adventure books for older children, teens, young adults and older adults too.
All our children's books are illustrated in Full Colour, and are produced and printed right here in the UK to the highest quality standards using premium weighted paper.
